Customer Service Officer
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our friendly phone/live support team.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

Delivering a professional telephone enquiry service and providing information for customers
Guiding clients to appropriate information resources and educating them about products, sizes, exchange and returns
Liaising with warehouse and logistics, to fulfill business requirements
Providing administrative and clerical support within the Team and assisting in the preparation of relevant resource materials as required.

To succeed in this role, you ideally will have:

Previous experience in a call centre environment
Demonstrated ability to provide customer service with a high level of quality
Familiar with fashion industry parameters, with good knowledge of garments, sizes and fabrics
Familiar with Ms Outlook, Word, Excel and Facebook are essential
