What I love about Jennifer Lawrence is not just her, but it also is with the characters she plays. Discussing about Katniss even made me feel the urge to dig more about her and her character. Before deciding on the real deal for the cut of the burlesque costumes fo Katniss, let me tell you more about her character. Katniss Everdeen is a fictional character and the protagonist of Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games trilogy. Her name comes from an edible plant called katniss. What I adore about her character is that she was really smart and at the same time, During the reaping, She uses her knowledge of hunting and archery to survive, and the two become the victors after defying the Capitol's attempt to force one to kill the other. Throughout the next two novels, Catching Fire and Mockingjay, Katniss becomes the symbol of a rebellion for the twelve districts against the Capitol's oppression. This time, with all the things I have known about Jennifer’s character; it would have been perfect to have everything in red. For me, Katniss showed how people should stand up for themselves and how it would be like to stand up for others, for her it was for her sister. I just so loved what Katniss had shown on the first part of the Hunger Games that these burlesque costumes in red would sure fit her character, more than anything else. I can also imagine red boots and red long gloves as part of the accessories, complimenting the look Katniss wears to show off her prowess in archery too. At the same time, braided hair with burlesque costumes and full accessories would no doubt be the perfect fit for Katniss burlesque costumes.
